Sunset Log Cabin-Beach-Hot tub-Full kitchen #3

The view is nice. Positive: Beautiful and cozy place. Negative: The hot tub wasn’t working and when they send someone to fix it the water was so hot we couldn’t stay there long.

We are very disappointed with management of property. Positive: It was in a good location and had a nice view. Negative: The shower had not been cleaned. There was an empty shampoo bottle left in the shower as well as some grime and hair. the toilet also had a leak. I contacted management by text and email, but did not receive a response until next day. They did offer to come by and clean shower, but by that time, I had cleaned the shower myself. She said that maintenance would be by later that day. Late in the afternoon, we received a text saying maintenance could not repair toilet because we had not left the door unlocked. First of all, she never said we needed to leave the door unlocked. Secondly, we would not have left our belongings vulnerable to theft. She said she would make it up to us, but never did. We understand things aren’t perfect at times (we own nightly rentals, as well) but things should be made right.

Positive: Location was great. Negative: The bed is terrible. Squeaks and creeks with the slightest bit of movement

Nice place, great views Positive: Nice location near the water- all the units have views of the bay. The cottages are very clean and well supplied. Fair value for the area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. (for those who are not familiar with the area, the "beach" is rocky coastline along the inner part of Dungeness bay- good for tide pooling but not a place to really lounge around- there is a park nearby with a bigger rocky beach and of course Dungeness spit which is sandy). Negative: very tiny bathroom in unit 3.

Positive: The room is very cozy. Negative: The bed wasn't very comfortable.
