Contemporary Chalet-Water view-Hot tub-Sauna-Cold Plunge

Did not stay: hygiene issues + insufficient sleeping places. Received 1/3 back as a voucher. Positive: The location was magnificent. With suitable accommodation, this could be truly exceptional. Negative: Accommodation did not match description: * Not enough beds: 8 beds for 11 people. Apart from that, the beds were also small. Extra “mattress” was super thin and dirty (see photo) + plank with rags = queen size according to host (1 person cannot even sleep comfortably on this - see photo) * 1 tiny bathroom with shower, sink and toilet for 11 people? 1 extra toilet downstairs + 2 outdoor showers with little privacy * dirty, smelly jacuzzi - see photo, no water in the immersion tank by the sauna * dirty garage where the “clean” sheets are stored, as well as all kinds of DIY equipment and the washing machine (but only accessible after you indicate that this is included according to the description) We decided not to stay and had to find another location last minute.

Positive: Lots of character, beautiful spot with all needs thought of. Would definitely come back for a more leisurely stay. Negative: Nothing

Not a good fit for more than 2 people Positive: Beautiful cabin Negative: I guess they could’ve done a better job describing the house. The house is separated into two separate floors, the first floor is super small and does not fit 2 couples. One of the couples had to sleep separately,l because the beds were too small. Also, only one shower??? That’s not very convenient if 6 people are staying

Very unique cabin, highly recommend if you want to enjoy the outdoors and time with family/friends. Has everything Positive: This cabin was so unique, we loved the grounds it was on as well which included beautiful views over the cliffs, fireplaces, personal hot tub, and sauna. The cabin has tons of board games and outdoor games to play. Was so nice relaxing in the living room with the door open and enjoying the outdoors! The kitchen had everything that you need for cooking. There was also a bluetooth speaker to listen to your own music, lots of blankets for nights by the fire pits, comfortable beds, and enough towels for showers/hot-tub. This house is a little bit of a drive on back roads/neighborhood roads from port Angeles, but worth the stay! Negative: Only negative for us was that the downstairs and upstairs were not connected internally. You had to go up stairs that were outside to get to internal shower/kitchen/communal spot, not super ideal for a group but manageable! Only other thing to keep in mind that there is only one indoor shower which is upstairs. The two downstairs rooms had outdoor showers connected to them on outdoor patio.

This house is really cool! My wife and I along with another couple stayed a night here and it was so much fun! The kitchen is huge! The home is really unique and well decorated. All kinds of board games were available. The location was great- very serene. We had a lot of fun roasting marshmallows over the campfire. I would definitely come back.
