Lavender Lookout #4 · Pvt Beach, Hot tub, BBQ, fire HDTV (#4)

Positive: I stayed in the lavender room and the decorations were lovely. The view was fabulous. I could have moved in.

Nothing ruined our stay, but it didn’t feel guest friendly. Positive: Location Negative: Size of shower, cleanliness, disrepair.

Many of the cook ware and dishes had dirt and grease on them and required all to be washed. Large burner on the stove did not get hot enough to boil water. BBQ grill was dirty and one of the burner manifolds was not working and did not light. Threshold going into the bathroom was not secured to the floor. Found dirty sock and other clothing from previous guests under the counter/sink. It was a pet friendly unit and has a good view of the straight. Nice, quiet neighborhood and Sequim is clean with good farms to visit. The above items aren't too much of a big deal to us, but for what we paid, it was over priced.

Positive: Our original flight was canceled, so we arrived at the Cottages much later than anticipated. Everything was ready for us, and the contactless check-in super easy! Negative: It was late and dark when we arrived and it was a bit confusing figuring out which cottage was ours!

location is nice. convenient to local area sites. Two things however are different than advertised: there is no couch that folds out to a bed ( it’s actually a bench) and there is no view of the mountains in the back to see sunrises. i suggest not including those details in the description. Besides those discrepancies we were satisfied with the stay
